Join us. **Job Description** We seek a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Graduate Design Engineer. In this role, you will support the design and detailing of mechanical and piping systems, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and developing your technical skills in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in the design and detailing of mechanical and piping systems under guidance. + Collect and organize site data to support design activities. + Learn to interpret P&IDs and piping specifications. + Gain exposure to pipe support design and basic equipment specifications. + Work closely with other disciplines to ensure effective project coordination. + Utilize 2D and 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD; experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D or Revit is a plus. + Show initiative in developing new skills and improving professional knowledge. + Demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in task execution. **Qualifications** Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + 1 year of experience in mechanical/piping engineering and design would be an advantage. + Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D; willingness to learn 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD Plant 3D or Revit. + Basic understanding of mechanical and piping concepts (P&IDs, pipe supports, equipment specifications). + Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. + Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. + Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously improve. **Additional Information** \#LI-IP1 **About AECOM** AECOM is the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
