Job Description
In collaboration with the team and with the support of a supervisor, the selected person will be responsible for carrying out the following tasks:
Carry out analysis and calculations under the supervision of an engineer;Use mechanical design software and modeling tools such as Catia, Microstation;Apply calculation and design methods for mechanical equipment. Assist engineers, designers and technicians in their technical tasks;Producer of technical reports and calculation notes;Perform the calculation of quantities for cost estimation;Participate in the preparation of reports, specifications and quotes.Support the engineer or technician during on-site survey visits;Assist in monitoring site work as needed;Providing support to engineers and project managers.Qualifications
Qualifications required:
Current bachelor's student in mechanical engineering;Specialized courses in mechanical design;Good knowledge of the MS Office suite;Located in Fredericton New Brunswick at the project site.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual French and English;Curiosity and thirst to learn and surpass oneself;Interested in the field of mechanical engineering;Collaboration and communication skills;Rigor and sense of ethics;Ability to exchange and transmit knowledge;Interest in solving the most complex challenges.
