Perform root cause investigations and execute corrective actions for non-conforming products using analytical tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control. Write technical documentation, such as process instructions, process validations, process development plans and reports, and non-conforming material reports Execute process validation activities following the IQ, OQ, and PQ approach Lead cost reduction projects in cross-functional teams Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE manufactures **You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:** • Have Received a High School Diploma or GED • Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a ​BA/BS​ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, ​Manufacturing Engineering​ or ​Industrial Engineering​ from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history.
