Job Description:

Develop complex individual and group training courses and activities for employees.Monitor the effectiveness of course materials, reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed.Completes the development of new course materials. May also identify, evaluate and obtain training programs and materials from external vendors.Demonstrate and apply a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.Successfully apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.Demonstrate knowledge of organizations business practices and issues.

Education & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or related fieldsAdditional qualification / certification in learning and development domain preferred10 to 12 years of experience in the Technical Training domain / function with strong exposure in following aspects of the job roledeveloping and delivering business and/or technical training programs and curricula, including strong experience with virtual deliverystrong communication skills and extensive experience working with technical subject matter expertsfamiliarity with basic mechanical and/or industrial controls (PLC) engineering conceptsexcellent organization and project management skillsexceptional English speaking and writing skillsability to build engaging courses and develop interactive activities that enable learners to apply what they’ve learnedability to learn and adapt quickly to new technology and industry standardsability to balance and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a constantly changing environmentability to creatively apply current learning practices to development
