Elbłąg location/ possible remotely
This role is to support New Units and Power Services Plant Engineering with focus on mechanical equipment specification, analysis and evaluation of vendor bids (including proposal for vendor selection), review of technical documents and interface clarification; follow-up of supplier documentation incl. participation of FAT in supplier workshop, and technical management of the mechanical equipment and packages.


Technical Skills:Experience in the power / energy / industrial application businessExperienced with supplier qualification Site installation and commissioning experience (desirable)Knowledge of Solid Works could be an advantage
The role is expected to carry out following function/activities as part of this job:Provide input for the preparation of system time scheduleTake the basic input data from the LE in order to prepare the technical dossierPrepare the Technical Dossier for Procurement to issue for quotation ensuring compliance with the contract/ client technical document requirements and contract time schedule for delivery of equipment and documentsPrepare the technical tender analysis (supplier evaluation) including comparison with the budget Prepare and sign the final equipment technical dossierAnalyze client comments and elaborate comprehensive answersParticipate in design and/or technical reviews (internal/external)Represent the assigned scope at meetings with the partner and/or customer if requiredValidate documents with the appropriate engineering status and distribute according to the project specific distribution list.Participate in acceptance test at the supplier’s as required and prepare the corresponding acceptance checklist
