Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + The Mechanical repair of LV, MV & HV electrical rotating machinery. + Disassemble electromechanical equipment noting parts identification, configuration, and condition aligned with QA procedures. + Balance mechanical assemblies using dynamic balancing equipment. + Carry out Mechanical repairs to Shafts, Journals and Housings as required. + Determine job status, work authorizations, estimate, description of problems/expected serviceability. + Correctly requisition needed items from stores/purchasing, as approved by Supervisor. + Test electromechanical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems using various methods AC or DC) i.e. NDT.
