Primary Focus – Final Quality Control (FQC):

Perform post-repair inspections on reconditioned vehiclesVerify mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related repairs meet company standardsEnsure all work is complete and the vehicle is road-ready before it reaches the sales floorTest drive vehicles as needed to confirm proper operationCollaborate with service, body, and reconditioning departments to resolve issues quickly

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in automotive repair, inspections, or PDI/FQC rolesHigh attention to detail and quality controlStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsValid Florida driver’s license and clean driving recordASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain—training provided)Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
