BH Field Service Engineers are a vital link providing power to the world. They lead the installation, maintenance and start-up of a broad range of equipment at Customers’ sites.
 

As a Mechanical FSE, you will be responsible for:
 

Coordinating and overseeing work at field site to ensure provision of a quality service to our customersPlanning, preparing and/or instructing internal and external training programs to impart field engineering and/or product knowledgeEvaluating individual performance levels of the crew and training operators to improve their job performanceFollowing customer and internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure safe and compliant environment and to build a world-class service organizationCapturing and documenting detailed service requirements and writing professional reports to ensure verification and quality of installation

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have a Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with proven experience in field activities and rotating equipmentShow deep knowledge on rotating equipment including installation and maintenance, such as Heavy Duty Gas TurbinesBe ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilitiesHave excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English and ItalianHold an EU Passport or a European Work permit
