Designs and estimates the cost of mechanical systems for fit-out projects: (MEPFS, HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing), (Dialux, voltage drop and short circuit calculation), (CCTV, structured cabling, FDAS, Fire Alarm and Access Conrol) Attends meetings with client and local suppliers. Evaluate quotations technically and provides technical feedback. Inspects the sites to evaluate existing conditions of Mechanical installation and/or to estimate the amount of work to execute new engineering systems Inspects the sites whenever it is required to solve issues, or to support site implementation team.
