**DESCRIPTION**
Troubleshoots, assembles, installs, tests, and maintains mechanical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipment available and capable. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. May work independently and instruct or coach others.

+ Provide feedback into the Preventive Maintenance system.
+ Follow all process documentation and quality procedures.
+ Raise issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
+ Perform quality inspections.
**Delivery:**
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC HMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
+ Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
+ Coordinate with production staff to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
+ Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately.
+ Train and supervise less experienced maintenance staff as needed.
+ Implement maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks.
+ Perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet production goals.
+ Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints.
+ Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements.
+ Solve problems and improve processes.
+ Participate in continuous improvement activities.

+ Participate actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Qualifications:**
**Education, Licenses, Certifications:**
+ High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
+ Technical diploma/degree or certification in mechatronics engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
+ Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA safety, CNC machining) are a plus.
+ This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
**Experience:**
+ Requires 5-7 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, specifically with CNC machines, preferably HMCs.
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**1.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC HMC machines to ensure optimal performance.**
**2. Troubleshoot mechanical issues, including electrical ,hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication , coolant systems.**
**3. Conduct inspections and preventative or Predective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.**
**4. Coordinate with production staff to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.**
**5. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately and timely ordered shoaratges required parts. and cordinate with CIP team for spare parts procurements and localization and ontime delivery.**
**6. Train and supervise less experienced maintenance staff as needed. prepares SOPs / One point lessons for importent learnings and procedures.**
**7. Implement maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.**
**8. Work on cost saving / energy saving / Kaizans / and promote and initiate to use of green energy in plant.**
**Knowledge:**
*** Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and maintenance. Ball screw / Table / Fixture / APCs / Guideways / HMCs Spindle / Bearing replacement / Pump - motor replacements repairs.**
**and Homing / Backlash / MDI - edit mode uses / of Siemens CNC - Sinumeric 1 and Siemens 828 systems with Siemens TIA Portal V 17 / 18 /19.**
**ATLAS COPCO / DESOUTERS nut runners. / LASER MARKING / GUDEL GANTERY / NAGEL HONNING / ECO Clean Cylinder block and cylinder head washing machine / Intermediate washing machines / TOX Leak test and Cup plug pressing / MARPOSS Gauging system in Nagel / VISION System and End to end traceblity / CMES system understanding / Siemens Servo motor / Grundfoss pump motor / VFDs maintenance / CENTRALIZED COOLANT SYSTEM - PUMP out technologies / OVer head Cranes 5T / 3T / 2T and .5T / Material Handlling equipments /Gauges and MMD calibrations / able to create GHOST Backups of IPCs on reguler interval and backup managment of PLC/CNC and other Proggrames / able to read and understand the ckt. diagrams of electrical / Pnumatic / lub / coolant and mechanical drawings.**
*** Familiarity with mechanical components, hydraulic systems, and basic electrical circuits.**
*** Knowledge of tooling and workholding systems relevant to HMC operations.**
**4. Skills:**
*** Proficiency in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and machine tools.**
*** Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.**
*** Backup management / Software management / I4.0 automations and others**
*** Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints and other maintenance domentation work.**
**5. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA safety, CNC machining) are a plus.**
**6. Soft Skills: Effective communication, teamwork, and time management abilities. And able to report collection related to maintenance facilities parameter and prepare and share MIS on weekly /basis.**
