Job Purpose and Impact

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will maintain healthy plant assets and equipment capabilities. This will be possible by developing and deploying maintenance processes in the respective parts of the organization. By balancing priorities, tasks and resources in order to maximize reliability performance in a sustainable way. In addition, all opportunities to improve processes, people knowledge, engagement and costs will be captured while complying with EHS and Food Safety requirements. Activities include development, alignment and implementation of reliability excellence practices/processes, proactive maintenance and repair, contractor/vendor management, best practice application, people development, training and management.

Key Accountabilities Coordinate the execution of specific equipment strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.Implement methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.Partner with regional and global leadership to support area leading practices.Develop the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees. Other duties as assignedQualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or  equivalent experienceMinimum one 3 of directly related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systemsExperience coordinating third party resources to deliver business resultsThree year of supervisory experienceExperience related with Condition Based Monitoring and other Predictive Maintenance Tools
