Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in equipment.Repair and maintain sensors, photo eyes, conveyors, robots, fuses, relays, power supplies, control panels, wiring, servos, drives, and motors.Operate fork trucks, aerial lifts, and carry decks as needed.Perform machine troubleshooting and rebuilding.Work any shift including weekends and overtime as required.Work in Brookville or Dayton as needed.Essential Skills6 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.Experience with machine maintenance, rebuild, and troubleshooting.CNC maintenance and machining experience.Robotics experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsRobotics or CNC specific maintenance experience.Experience in automotive head/crank machining.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is not climate-controlled but is well-lit and organized. It can be loud at times. All tools are provided, and you will work in pairs with an Electrician. This is a union position under IUE CWA Local 785.
