Mechanical/Mechatronics Intern Bachelor

Intern Bachelors Eng position in the\nSystems Integration Lab (SIL) Mechanical Test Review group is responsible for\nthe support of Mechanical and/or Electrical test documentation creation,\ndocumentation reviews and familiarization process for Electropneumatic Test\nequipment, Test Control systems, Facility Power sources, Mechanical and\nElectrical interfaces with Units Under Test among other Mechanical and/or\nElectrical test setup aspects. Support Test execution from the console. Also supporting\nTest Engineering in the test solutions substantiation and implementation thru\nbasic analytical capabilities, Software or Engineering Test Tools and Graphic\nUser Interface development process.

Job Requirements

Support test requirements analysis and documentation of facility electrical/pneumatic energy sources and interfaces for new Facility Test Systems and/or Facility Test Systems that required modifications to install electrical/mechanical components and other test assets that involves new test capabilities to be implemented at Hon Mexicali CampusDevelop basic mechanical/electrical test schematics.Define one-line diagrams and support the definition of mechanical detailed drawings with a basic understanding of most common manufacturing processesGenerate Test solutions for Facility Control Systems. Have the knowledge to build basic electric diagrams, drafting and assemblies.Proficiency of Microsoft Office Applications. Able to present\n progress/status to mentors in a regular basisDemonstrate proficiency in oral and written communication in Spanish and English. Effective communication with management and Team test leads

Education and Experience

 B.S. degree in Engineering\n(Mechanical/Mechatronics/Aerospace) in process (between 6th – 7th  semester is preferred.)RFC (Constancia de Situacion Fiscal)Availability to cover a full time Monday to FridayAvailability to start on June 2025
