Job Title: Mechanical/plumbing engineer

Location: Hybrid/Jersey City, New Jersey

Type: 1 Year Contract

Rate: $Open /hr.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering Minimum of five (5) years of diverse experience in building codes and system design. Proper understanding of mechanical/plumbing disciplines related to building design and construction of transportation and related facilities Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written Comfortable acting as liaison between Tenants & Facilities and in-house application reviewers to ensure smooth workflow Comprehensive computer skills, proficient in MS Suite, and ability & interest to learn various in-house and external software (Share Point, Trimble, etc.)  Processional Engineer’s license in State of New York and/or New Jersey is preferable
