Mechanical Project Manager
Mechanical Project Manager Description Manages all aspects of turnkey projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution and safety while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of turnkey projects. Accountable for assigned projects’ scope of work, schedule, and budget. Required Duties + Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction. + Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives + Supervises the preparation of plans and specifications for the design/installation of solutions in buildings and institutions. + Communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff. + Examines and reviews contracts and estimates by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans. + Ensures compliance with internal contracting processes. + Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion. + Receives and qualifies subcontractor proposals; supervises work of project assigned staff, subcontractors and installers. + Meets with contractors and owners to discuss scope of project; budgets; performance; and close-out. + Ensures that quality standards are maintained for assigned projects. Skills & Qualifications + A minimum of five (5) years of project management specifically in HVAC; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Financial budgeting, planning, administration, conflict resolution, and negotiation experience are required. + Experience and knowledge in contracting processes associated with the installation of HVAC and managing subcontractors. + Experience and knowledge in using Project Management Tools. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Primavera and P6 preferred. + Familiarity with financially guaranteed contracts, the operation of HVAC systems Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
