Mechanical Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and lead mechanical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, particularly in HVAC and data center environments, ensuring that all project requirements are met on time and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.Utilize Bluebeam and Procore for project management and collaboration.Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical systems, specifically in MEP or HVAC.Strong proficiency in project management software, including Bluebeam and Procore.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.Familiarity with data center operations and plumbing systems is preferred.Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
