To €110,000 DOE + Living Allowance + Rotation + Package 

Our client, a leading Engineering Contractor specialising in delivering high-quality solutions for complex projects, with dedication to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, is in need of an experienced Mechanical QA Campus Lead. As a Mechanical QA Campus Lead you will be responsible for leading and managing all quality assurance activities related to mechanical systems driving continuous improvement across all mechanical work on projects.  

Key Responsibilities & Requirements: 

Lead the QA process for campus mechanical systems ensuring all work meets project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.  

Perform regular inspections of mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.  

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate QA activities ensuring that all mechanical QA processes are aligned with overall project goals and timelines. 

Maintain detailed records of all QA activities, including inspection reports, test results, and provide regular updates to senior management and project teams on the status of mechanical quality. 

Identify opportunities for improving mechanical QA processes and implement best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of projects.  

Conduct safety inspections and participate in safety meetings ensuring that all mechanical QA activities adhere to health and safety regulations. 

Oversee final inspections and testing of mechanical systems before project handover.  

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 

10+ years’ experience in mechanical QA/QC roles with 5 years' experience in a lead role. 

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection), industry standards, and best practices. 

Industrial and process project background is desirable. 

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential quality issues and develop effective solutions.  

Effective communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
