About the role:
WEG Electric Corp. has a great opportunity for a Mechanical Technician to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role assembles standard electrical industrial control panels.
Primary Responsibilities:
Measure and Layout panel based on mechanical prints and BOM. Drills, taps holes and makes any necessary panel cuts following appropriate standards. Mounts components to back panel following layout and appropriate standards. Other duties and tasks as assigned.Education:
No education required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent is preferred.Knowledge / training:
Read mechanical prints and BOMs. Use power tool (drills, bandsaw, taps) and measuring instruments. Knowledge of company quality standards and procedures, including safety.Experience:
