This role involves hands-on work with welding, chain and roller systems, and rebuilding/replacing drives, pumps, and motors. Work proactively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: ? Education: College degree or Technical Equivalent (required). ? Experience: Minimum 10 years in maintenance or mechanical repair. ? Must-Have Skills: ? Welding – Perform repairs and fabrication. ? Chains/Rollers – Troubleshoot and maintain system integrity. ? Drives, Pumps, Motors – Replace and rebuild essential components. ?
