• Revies warranty paperwork
• Analyze returned product in order to determine reason for product failure by:
o Diagnosing failures
o Disassembling product accordingly
o Recording all non-conformances
• Initiate product claims and coordinate the order entry shipment replacement of replacement product to meet customers’ needs.

Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma. Technical education in Auto Mechanics preferred
• Prefer 2 years manufacturing experience in an automotive remanufacturing environment.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 
• Ability to analyze and diagnose returned parts and related components
• General office equipment to include but not limited to fax, phone, copier and personal computer
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment (i.e. lifting demands, travel requirements, etc.): • Must wear all company required personal protective equipment in required areas • Exposure to atmospheric conditions such as dust, fumes and varying temperature extremes • Exposure to noise and various chemical/waste products • Repetitive work motions. 80% standing, walking 20% • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 80 lbs.
