Wagners is looking for a qualified Workshop Supervisor. This role involves hands-on work to enhance maintenance capabilities, support preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in asset management, proactive maintenance, and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Analyze equipment failures and implement solutions to minimize downtime. Establish a preventive maintenance culture to reduce unplanned repairs. Prioritize and provide technical advice for maintenance activities. Maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule. Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime. Adhere to budget targets for efficient asset management. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Follow safety rules and promote a safe working environment. Perform other assigned duties and projects.Key Qualifications:
At least 5 years of trade qualification (fitter or industrial electrician). Experience in managing fixed plant assets and facilities. Proficiency in asset management planning. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Budgeting knowledge and analytical skills.Wagners Perks:
