Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this role is to become the main day-to-day contact for the client, working with the team both internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Alongside this, you will be expected to take primary ownership of your accounts and the management of 
 high-quality outputs from the team. 

Provide day to day strategic and scientific counsel to clientsTranslate client business needs into communications action steps with solution-oriented focusDeliver counsel and strategy for corporate healthcare and product related campaignsManage/ delegate tactical and administrative processesManage client-related financial and business operations for the teamManage junior team members and oversee their projects and deliverablesTake ownership of all core account business/ financial deliverablesActively participate in new business development when required

Requirements

Degree educatedStrong healthcare comms experience gained from agencyThe ability to coordinate multi-regional client teams - globally and locallyThe ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelinesExcellent strategical, tactical skills in relation to integrated communication conceptsExcellent communication skills – Fluency in German and EnglishStrong written communications skills – in German and EnglishStrong financial acumenAttention to detail and good proofreading skillsProactivity – ability to anticipate client requirementsSolution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriateAbility to manage and mentor a team effectively
