Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to become the main day-to-day contact for the client, working with the team both internally and externally to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Alongside this, you will be expected to take primary ownership of your accounts and the management of
high-quality outputs from the team.
Requirements
Degree educatedStrong healthcare comms experience gained from agencyThe ability to coordinate multi-regional client teams - globally and locallyThe ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelinesExcellent strategical, tactical skills in relation to integrated communication conceptsExcellent communication skills – Fluency in German and EnglishStrong written communications skills – in German and EnglishStrong financial acumenAttention to detail and good proofreading skillsProactivity – ability to anticipate client requirementsSolution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations where appropriateAbility to manage and mentor a team effectivelyAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
