A day in the Life:Provide technical and medical information with flawless customer serviceAnalyze and research inquiries, detailing interactions strictly according to guidelinesConduct intake of adverse events/product complaintsDeliver information in line with your expertise and trainingCollaborate with healthcare professionals and client personnelKeys to Success:Your demonstrated capability to provide outstanding customer service and your dedication to maintaining quality and accuracy will be crucial. EducationBachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience in the fieldActive RN license based on work province requiredExperiencePrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years)Proven experience in a medical or research environmentDemonstrated ability to analyze and research medical inquiriesExperience detailing interactions in accordance with regulatory guidelinesKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in French Canadian and English is requiredProficient computer and keyboarding skillsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to interpret client-provided complex medical and technical informationOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging circumstancesPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentThis role requires working in a standard office environment. Occasional travel may be required. The ability to remain seated for extended periods is necessary.
