As our Med Surg Tele Charge Nurse at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center, you'll oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients. 

Every interaction is an opportunity to improve your understanding of a patient's needs, the needs of your nursing team, or the needs of your unit. You'll advocate for your fellow nurses as you support them in reaching their full potential, which aligns with your department's operational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

We are offering $10K in relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Mentors others in areas such as competency, documentation, equipment use, plan of care, National Patient Safety Goals, and participation in inservice education.Coaches to improve carePrepares work schedules, assigns personnel.Coordinates patient flow on the unit to facilitate the provision of timely and effective careDemonstrates appropriate prioritization and critical thinking skills in critical situationsProvides direct patient care as appropriate to meet the needs of the patients and department.
Qualifications

Minimum:

Two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty and/or charge nurse experience AZ RN licenseAHA BLS and ACLSADN or foreign equivalent.Skilled Working Knowledge of the EMR and hospital systems.

Preferred:

CVICU experience or Critical Care Charge Nurse BSNCertification in Specialty
