Responsibilities

Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shiftAdminister medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentationCollaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
Qualifications

Minimum:

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

AZ RN license or RN license from a compact state.

American Heart Association BLS Certification.

American Heart Association ACLS certification

Preferred:

BSN

Two years of recent Med/Surg experience.
