Within the Chief Science Office department, We are seeking a proactive and strategic Innovation and Market Expansion Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the de-risking of innovations through clinical and scientific assessments, technical and clinical testing, and the implementation of commercial pilots. This role involves leading and coordinating pilot projects, building go-to-market strategies, managing partner relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic decision-making process.
Responsabilities:
Innovation De-risking: Support the de-risking of innovations through clinical/scientific assessments, technical/clinical testing, and the implementation of commercial pilots. Pilot Project Management: Lead and coordinate pilot projects (technical, business, or clinical), manage resources and timelines, and ensure objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies and address regulatory issues. Handover Management: Transition projects to other parts of the organization once technical feasibility is confirmed or commercial proof is demonstrated. Partner Relationship Management: Manage relationships with partners to ensure successful collaboration. Market Footprint Expansion: Provide analysis and build strategies to extend EssilorLuxottica's market footprint towards medtech. Strategic Analysis: Contribute to the analysis and interpretation of new markets and technologies to provide relevant insights for strategic decision-making. Expert Engagement: Engage with worldwide experts and support the animation of the scientific board.
Candidate profile :
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, market expansion, or a similar role within a corporate or consulting environment. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct thorough assessments and strategic analyses. Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the medtech, healthcare, or technology sectors Innovation Mindset: Creative and innovative thinker with a strong ability to develop and implement new strategies.
