Customer Strategy & Design
In Customer Strategy & Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.
Work you’ll do
Assist in configuring and customizing the Medallia platform to align with clients’ feedback collection strategies and objectives.Proactively work with team and client stakeholders to understand key programmatic performance metrics and the knowledge of technical requirements to build reporting products.Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks related to data analysis and reporting.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data capture mechanisms and feedback surveys.Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer feedback data, identifying and resolving any data-related issues.Stay updated with the latest platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices in customer experience management and feedback analysis.Develop training materials and provide guidance to clients on data analysis best practices and platform functionalities. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and knowledge that enhance the overall capabilities of the organization.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience3+ years of SaaS configuration experience1+ years of experience performing configuration for surveys, dashboard development and implementation of related Medallia features3+ HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML experienceExperience designing and programming surveys and analyzing survey dataExperience working directly with client stakeholdersExperience with Microsoft Office suiteMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role.Preferred Qualifications
