We are looking for a detail-oriented Media Analyst to enhance our paid media operations. This role involves media tagging, audience segmentation, campaign reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in testing and troubleshooting tags, creating audiences, analyzing campaigns, and managing data. Proficiency in JavaScript, tag auditing tools (such as Adobe Debugger or Omnibug), SQL, and an in-depth understanding of paid media are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Media Tagging and Implementation:Collaborate with media planning and Martech teams to manage paid media tags across digital assets.Conduct audits of tag implementation using tools like Adobe Debugger, Omnibug, and browser developer tools.Monitor and troubleshoot tag functionality and ensure data accuracy across campaigns.Audience Segmentation and Creation:Define, create, and maintain audience segments for campaigns with GA4 and Adobe Audience Manager.Analyze audience data to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign performance.Campaign Reporting, Data Analysis and ETL:Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using DOMO and other BI tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets, troubleshooting discrepancies when necessary.Track, analyze, and report on key paid media metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.) across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).Manage and optimize relational databases to support media data pipelines, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.Write complex SQL queries to pull and analyze data; leverage advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to manipulate data and build ad hoc reports.Integrate and utilize various media platform APIs (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for data extraction and reporting automation.Work closely with media buying, marketing, and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and optimize reporting processes.
Required Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Media/Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fieldExperience:3-5 years of experience in media tagging & implementation, audience segmentation & creation, campaign reporting, data analysis & data modelling or related roles.Technical ExpertiseProven experience with paid media tagging, implementation, and auditing.Proficient in JavaScript and capable of debugging complex tag-related issues.Hands-on experience with tag auditing tools such as Adobe Debugger, Omnibug, or browser developer tools.Proficiency in DOMO, SQL, and advanced Excel.Familiarity with relational databases and ETL processes.Experience with media platform APIs and data integration toolsMedia and Campaign ManagementExperience in audience segmentation and creation for digital campaigns.Familiarity with paid media platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Adobe AnalyticsAnalytical and Problem-Solving SkillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Communication and CollaborationExcellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.Work Set Up and ShiftHybrid 3x a week onsite and 2x a week work from home - mid shift/nightshift work schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with tag management systems (TMS) such as Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.Experience with campaign reporting and data visualization tools like DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI.Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance related to data collection
