We are looking for a Media and Content Lead to join our marketing team in Tallinn, Estonia, or Vilnius, Lithuania.

Main responsibilities

Write high-quality content (press releases, internal updates, executive communications) tailored to different audiences Build media relationships, monitor industry trends, and secure impactful coverage aligned with business goals Gather internal information, create compelling press materials, and manage distribution to top-tier aviation and business media Plan and produce blog and podcast content that’s SEO-friendly and relevant to our marketing goals Develop strategic B2B communication plans aligned with business objectives Track performance, report key metrics, and refine strategies based on insights Support executives with speeches, interviews, and public speaking content Manage communication and media budgets effectively

Main Requirements

Excellent writing and storytelling skills for various formats and audiences Fluent in English (written and spoken) Experience in PR, media relations, or content creation Proven ability to secure media coverage and maintain media relationships Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented Strong communication and project management skills
