Buscamos un/a Media Brand Specialist altamente motivado/a y con experiencia en la gestión y planificación de estrategias multimedia. El candidato/a ideal será responsable de gestionar y ejecutar las campañas de medios y publicidad para una de las marcas de lujo y belleza más importantes a nivel mundial, garantizando una comunicación fluida entre el cliente y el equipo interno, además de la correcta implementación de las estrategias multimedia.
Se trata de una oportunidad temporal para sustituir una baja maternal (duración estimada de 6 meses).
Responsabilidades
Ser el punto de contacto principal entre cliente y el equipo interno de la agencia.
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias multimedia (digitales, impresas, audiovisuales, etc.) que estén alineadas con los objetivos de la marca.
Coordinar con los equipos creativos, de medios y producción para asegurar que las campañas se implementen de manera efectiva y con el máximo impacto.
Supervisar la planificación y compra de medios, optimizando la inversión publicitaria y maximizando el alcance y la efectividad de las campañas.
Analizar los resultados de las campañas, generando reportes detallados sobre los KPIs de campaña y proponiendo mejoras continuas.
Gestionar los presupuestos de los proyectos, asegurando que las campañas se ejecuten dentro de los límites financieros establecidos.
Mantener una relación cercana y estratégica con los clientes, entendiendo sus necesidades y anticipando oportunidades para mejorar los resultados.
Supervisar y coordinar la ejecución de las campañas en todos los canales multimedia.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos para las entregas y la ejecución de las campañas.
Cualificaciones
Título universitario en Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicación, o áreas relacionadas.
2-3 años de experiencia como Account Planner o planificador/a de medios o en posiciones similares en agencias de medios.
Experiencia en desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias multimedia, tanto digitales como offline.
Habilidades analíticas para interpretar datos de desempeño y hacer recomendaciones estratégicas.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes.
Orientación al cliente y habilidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva.
Dominio de herramientas de análisis de competencia y gestión de medios (Kantar, Infoadex, Google Analytics etc.)
