Media Coordinator

The media coordinator serves within our client's Marketing department and is responsible for managing and tracking the production and post-production of materials used to market brands and shows on multiple platforms.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Project coordinate the development of assets: create/maintain schedules, opening work orders, tracking progress and prioritizing a large volume of projects for Design & Production
* Assist in engaging outside agencies on projects: engage agencies, negotiate fees, provide assets, communicate feedback, maintain constant communication in order to ensure project delivers on schedule
* Liaise with Programming, Video, Brand Strategy, Social, Photo, Talent Relations, Publicity/Events, Research, Business Affairs, Legal, as well as outside studios and show producers
* Coordinate all aspects of photo shoot prep details, creative discussions and talent approvals with Photography department
