As a media data manager for MODE’s tool, RAFT (Reporting and measurement module), you will be working in a cross functional role to consult with stakeholders, support product updates and prioritize tasks for product team to deliver a product that helps media teams optimize performance for their campaigns focused on the metrics that matter to us at XCM.

Key job responsibilities
* Manage performance of standardized schema, data specifications and performance metrics for data delivery to agencies to set expectations on behalf of MODE Product with multiple agencies
* Complete new data onboarding for current and future roadmap of RAFT for reporting and measurement with agencies across multiple holding companies
* Input into 3rd party measurement provider data standardization to generate brand performance metrics to optimization for attention and brand goals.
* Partner with MODE Science and Product team to implement the data support needed for media team test and learn plans to support leveraging RAFT tool and enhancing media performance and insights.

A day in the life
- Work cross functionally with the RAFT science and product team to prioritize needs of media stakeholders and track progress
- Identify ways to simplify user process in tool and functionality with engineers
- Project manage 3rd party brand lift study and quality metric partners across attention, etc
