Purpose of the role:
The Media Designer is a creative and technically proficient individual responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences for Bunge employees globally. This role focuses on creating high-quality graphic design, animations, and multimedia content for a variety of learning resources. The ideal candidate combines visual design skills with an understanding of how people learn.
Main Accountabilities:
Assist and collaborate with learning designers to develop course modules, assessments, learning activities, and multimedia assets. Design and create visually appealing and effective learning materials, including graphics, animations, interactive elements, and videos for e-learning modules, presentations, and other training resources. Use multimedia software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Pawtoons, and other approved GenAI tools) to produce engaging content. Utilize established templates, standards and style guides in order to ensure a consistent learner experience and to maintain high content-quality standards.

Education & Experience:
2+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience designing and developing interactive e-learning modules, videos, animations, and other multimedia learning content. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
