Job Summary/Description:

The Senior Media Executive (Digital Sales Strategist) plays a key role in scaling our digital sales efforts and acts as a liaison between the Digital Sales Director & Digital Coordinator as well as the larger sales team to help generate digital sales revenue as well as focus on client campaign performance and retention.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Provide guidance, and participate in product training for designated products across the GDM Digital portfolio.
- Make 4-legged sales calls with ME's to consistently achieve digital market revenue goals with New Business Development & Upselling existing Digital accounts.
- Provide campaign guidance to Account Executives; develop strategy, help create presentations, establish KPIs, provide pacing, assist in the close of the sale, and provide optimization and upsell recommendations
- Conduct reporting across our Digital client portfolio to help mitigate churn and increase client retention
- Conduct one-on-one meetings in conjunction with the MSM with the ME's and conduct Account-based management for all Digital campaigns/clients
- Have current/updated knowledge of the competitive landscape and monitor market trends and industries to identify new opportunities
- Establish campaign tracking with UTM tagging, GTM Tags & GA4 optimization for conversion tracking/measurement
- Be responsible for all Digital Key Account reporting & account maintenance

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience, closing business and managing clients effectively
- Experience in a media sales leadership, advisory, or supervisory capacity is preferred
- Experience in creating and successfully executing cross-channel digital campaigns with experience in Paid Media/Performance Media
- Experience working with the following platforms: GA4, GTM, META, Programmatic Media (General)
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company-required insurance limits
