General
Media Plan Development
Set detailed media plans, including targeting strategies, ad formats, and budget breakdowns.Secure alignment on owned channel strategies, integrating campaigns across app, site, social, email, and push notifications.Work hands-on to maximize owned and paid media channels to drive retention and loyalty.Collaboration and Insights
Partner with local media agencies to ensure operational excellence across campaigns.Use data analytics to continuously optimize media strategies and performance.Report regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.Stay updated on media trends and explore opportunities to innovate within the Brazilian market.Team Leadership
Create conditions for the media team to perform effectively and meet the needs of the Brazilian market, while collaborating effectively with regional and global teams.Identify and develop talents to build a diverse and future-ready organization, promoting growth and engagement.Strengthen collaboration within Customer Activation & Marketing (CA&M) and across the Omni sales team.Qualifications
Key Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in media planning, digital advertising, and performance optimization.Proven experience managing media budgets and collaborating with agencies.Familiarity with loyalty programs and customer journey mapping is a plus.Strong understanding of paid and owned media channels and their synergies.Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.Proven track record in media planning tools and analytics platformsAdditional Information
This is a full-time position and will be based in São Paulo, Brazil and will reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager for Brazil.
