Job Description Helps develop communications strategies and execute communication activities to advance the Group’s business goals and corporate culture. This position will work with the broader corporate communications group in executing corporate sponsorships and media engagements.

To provide external relations support to the entire Corp Communications Group via engagement with external partners.

Manage end to end sponsorship requests from external parties ehich may include media publications, NGOs, special requests from Globe employees, members of the Ayala Group, and Globe subsidiaries and affiliates, among others. Manage cost negotiation cost, coordination of materials needed, and payment processing

Helps support projects and campaigns of Corp Communications Group

Directly interacts with internal and external customers with respect to giving resolution and feedback for the concerns raised.

Acts as Globe Ambassador to key media personnel regarding their concerns or issues with Globe postpaid lines, prepaid and internet and landline connection; liaise with Exec Escalation Team for expedient resolution of the issue.

 Handles classified and confidential information related to the Office of the Head

Provides direct assistance in monitoring budgets through SAP across the group.

Assists the Group Head in schedule and calendar requirements.  Manages the group calendar for events and critical projects timelines

Helps and support knowledge sharing activities and communication training for CCG employees to strengthen the department's culture and communication capacity, both internally and externally.
