Job Description A champion of data-driven marketing and drives the development of effective media strategies across her/his business squad.

Lead her/ his business squad

Lead the development of cross-channel campaigns for the business squad. 

Provide best in class insight, data-informed strategy

Collaborate with Comm Strat, Creatives, Analytics, and other teams to oversee the deployment and activation of data-driven marketing campaigns

Work with media agencies to oversee the smooth planning, launch and end-to end campaign implementation.

Measure and report performance of all marketing activities.  

Deliverables:

Device new ways to improve paid advertising on various channels, managing internal and external communication during all phases of an active campaigns lifecycle.

Lead the development of cross-channel strategy for media agencies to device media plans.

Communicate and collaborate with internal teams regarding media requirements, campaign and data delivery.

Analyze campaign performance through thoughtful and insightful reporting.  

Develop KPI framework and benchmarks to measure the success of campaigns to ensure continuous improvement.

KPIs:

Shared revenue targets

Efficiency in all  media buys

Positive feedback from Internal stakeholders
