As a Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our iconic brands engage audiences in a dynamic media landscape. Leading the development and execution of media strategies that maximise the impact of our marketing investments across all channels. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring our media activity delivers measurable growth for our brands and the business.

It requires the ability to manage agencies and cross functional teams’ relationships at the day-to-day campaign level while simultaneously driving and inspiring towards big-picture goals and objectives.
Lead the development and execution of world-class media strategies for our brands in Ireland, working closely with brand teams and external partners. Ensure all media plans uphold our global media standards and deliver against our targets for progressive media and data-driven marketing. Shape and drive the annual connections planning process, ensuring seamless integration across paid, owned, and earned media channels. Ensure data, insight, and econometrics are embedded in planning to maximise effectiveness and return on investment. Develop and lead a Retail Media Strategy, collaborating with eCommerce, brand, commercial, and customer activation teams to drive best-in-class execution. Partner with media agencies and key platforms to define partnership strategies, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement. Champion a performance marketing mindset, utilising measurement tools to optimise media effectiveness. Build capability across the marketing team, ensuring deep understanding and fluency in media, digital, and retail media.
About you:
Deep understanding of the media landscape in Ireland, ideally retail MediaExperience within either FMCG or within a Media Agency 6 years+ experience in media strategy planning across multiple channels, including digital, TV, and retail media, with a proven track record of optimising media spend and aligning strategies with business goals. Strong understanding of eCommerce and omnichannel marketing; experience with Direct to Consumer Advertising (DTC), CRM and audiences’ strategies planning is beneficial. In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, ad tech platforms, and best practices. Well-versed in marketing effectiveness measurement, including marketing mix modelling, incremental tests, and brand lift studies. Experience in developing and managing media budgets and business results forecasts, ensuring optimised spend for maximum ROI. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, inspiring and influencing senior collaborators and driving strategic decision-making. A passion for media, consumer behaviour, and staying ahead of trends in the ever-changing marketing landscape. Experience working on large portfolio businesses/beverage alcohol is beneficial but not essential.
