Job Summary 

The Media Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of media campaigns across various platforms. This role involves collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to measure the effectiveness of advertising efforts, ensuring campaigns achieve their objectives. The Media Performance Analyst works closely with media planners, buyers, and creative teams to provide actionable insights that drive ROI.
 

Location
Hybrid- Fairfax, VA. Must be willing to go onsite in the office.  
 

Key Responsibilities 

Responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of the campaign across all work streams such as: website development, social media, paid media, video and PSA production, and partnership activations.

Provide analytical metrics reporting to the government with recommendations to optimize performance.

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization using advanced analytics tools.

Generate detailed performance reports for stakeholders, summarizing key findings and recommendations.

Present data-driven insights through dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate campaign performance clearly.

Provide actionable recommendations to optimize media spending and improve campaign outcomes.

Work with media buying teams to adjust targeting, placement, or creative elements based on performance insights.

Basic Qualifications 

Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, US Citizenship required.  

Must reside in the United States and work must be performed in the United States. 

B.S. in Media and Communications or another applicable degree

5+ years of experience in media planning and reporting
 

Preferred Qualifications 

Federal government experience, experience with DHS preferred.

Proven experience in media analytics, performance marketing, or a similar role.

Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.

Preferred or desired skills include specific certifications and experience such as: Trade Desk Certification, Google 360 Certification, Power BI experience, digital media buying experience, media reporting experience, and/or Google Analytics experience

Professional Skills 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$55,388.00 - $94,160.00
