We work hard, innovate, and deliver the best solutions to drive business for our clients while offering employees work-life balance and a family-friendly, enjoyable environment. **Overview** Martin Retail Group, recently named the largest advertising company in Alabama and one that does amazing work servicing our clients all over the U.S., is seeking an experienced Media Planner to join our growing Media Planning team. **Responsibilities** + Develop integrated media plans for our Tier 2 automotive clients + Facilitate the presentation and execution of media plans and manage revisions + Ensure media plan aligns with national/regional agency + Analyze media alternatives and make recommendations based on current strategic direction + Provide agency point of view on new media opportunities + Work closely with planning supervisor and account manager **Qualifications** + Five years of relevant experience + Experience with media math basics, concepts and planning software + Outstanding written/verbal communication and organizational skills + Experience using syndicated research tools such as Scarborough, Nielsen, SQAD, as well as Reach/Frequency + Skilled in the use of Excel and PowerPoint + Ability to make presentations or interested in learning and honing these skills **Additional information** Compensation Range: $49,305.00 - $59,185.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
