We are working on an exciting and industry defining project to grow our Media Team in Poland. Our Media Planning Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join this team and work on some of the biggest media budgets in Poland, building a legacy for our brands and organization. Our ambition is to bring media even closer to our consumers to maximize return and allow us to innovate in real time.
This role is based in our Warsaw HQ.
As Media Planning Manager, you will:
Lead the creation of strong and consistent media strategies across media touchpoints (TV, Digital, etc.) for the brands, delivering on business objectives within allocated budget, considering market trends and consumers insights.Coordinate P&G digital media teams to ensure perfect implementation of media strategies. Work together with multiple functions (brands, design, trial, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, etc.) & partners to deliver strong media results.Monitor media strategy performance & lead competitive analyses. Support innovation to remain ahead of competition: Connect externally, work with digital consultants.Ongoingly monitor media strategy performance, evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities, and brings forward recommendations.Adjust / adapt media strategies as needed (vs campaign performance, budget changes, etc.).Present innovative ideas about campaigns’ strategies and effective ways to reach the identified target audience, accelerating business performance, and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and in touch with industry trends.Act as steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed.Lead media business reviews with the category teams.Job Qualifications
You are right fit if you:
Have proven experience in strategic media planning across all online and offline touch points in a media agency or in-house environment managing large budgets.Hold excellent knowledge of the media landscape and put the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions.Have great understanding of key digital media touchpoints such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, Programmatic, Pinterest, Spotify etc.Are a proactive and business minded leader with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive action.Can demonstrate strong strategic and analytical thinking to assess and recommend opportunities.Have experience or a strong passion for managing complex projects with multiple partners.Have mastery with media planning tools such as TGI as well as Microsoft Office package.Know how to analyze data, identify data-driven insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With an ability to naturally make creative connections, experimenting continuously and push boundaries. Have experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies in multinational scope (although not essential).Possess minimum BA degree.Fluent in English.Experience managing teams – would be an asset.Why Choose P&G for Your Career Journey:
