We provide continuing opportunities for career growth by fostering a diverse work environment that respects and supports individual contributions and opinions. **Overview** As a **Senior Planner / Planning Supervisor** , you will be responsible for managing **digital-first, full-funnel campaigns** across **performance, awareness, and brand sponsorship initiatives.** This role requires a strong **digital marketing background** , with expertise across all **performance and brand funnels** to optimize campaign success. You will act as the **main point of contact with these clients for Starcom** , confidently leading conversations with **external clients, digital partners, and cross-functional teams.** **Responsibilities** + **Digital Strategy & Execution:** Oversee **full-funnel digital campaigns** , ensuring alignment across paid media, sponsorships, and performance channels + **Primary Client Contact:** Serve as the **lead liaison for Starcom** , managing client relationships, external agency collaborations, and digital partners + **Campaign Management & Optimization:** Ensure smooth execution across **digital performance, brand sponsorship, and cross-channel activations** while monitoring KPIs and optimizing performance + **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Act as the **primary point of contact** for internal and external teams, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth campaign execution + **Team Leadership & Mentorship:** Manage an **Assistant Planner and Senior Planner** , providing mentorship, training, and career development opportunities + **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Utilize **Prisma (billing), Vivvix, Vividata, Google Suite** , **familiarity with Datorama** and other tools to track **campaign performance, competitive insights, and reporting** + **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Adapt to various workflows and participate in **weekly strategy and reporting meetings** **Qualifications** + **5+ years of experience** in **digital media planning, strategy, and execution** + Expertise in **performance marketing, full-funnel strategy, and campaign analytics** + Strong **client-facing skills** with the ability to confidently **lead external conversations** + Experience with **campaign management** (Prisma, Google Suite, competitive data sources) + Ability to **manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior talent** + Strong communication, stakeholder management, and **EQ-IQ balance** **Why Join Us?** + **Lead high-impact, digital-first campaigns** with a mix of performance & brand marketing + **Be the key client-facing representative** for Starcom across multiple accounts + **Work with top global brands** and a diverse portfolio + **Collaborate with U.S. teams & digital partners** + **Mentor & grow a high-performing team** + **Autonomy to drive strategic initiatives** while having leadership support **Additional information** Starcom is an equal opportunity employer with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
