What you will do for us:
As part of the CSC Unified Communications Team, you will help develop what is needed to ensure a successful media service deployment through cross training, knowledge sharing, documentation, and day-to-day interaction. We are looking for an individual who wants to contribute to a variety of work and projects, be a team player, and has a passion for continually acquiring new skills.
This role will allow you to work with business users to gather requirements and then translate those requirements into a solution that you will get to implement. You will be a part of many exciting recurring and future projects including (but not limited to):
Planning and coordinating Quarterly Town Hall events Media Content Creation and Editing Video Collaboration and Communication Manage production schedules and timelines Arrange / Coordinate video production with our Corporation Communications and Audio Video Departments. Research trends and makes recommendations to department for software and equipment purchases.Technical skills, experience and qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
Manages the functionality and efficiency of media service systems that support major conference events Ability to provide advice and guidance to the A/V team when needed. Produce and edit digital video content for internal and external communication Review and comment on viability of design as required. Assist with developing, organizing, and maintaining standard operational procedures and workflow procedures for media services and events. Create documentation for testing and validation of media services. Test final media services to meet customer requirements and functionality per scope of work Familiarity in design documentation such as rack elevations, mounting details, viewing angles, and CAD line drawings a plus. Capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions Experience planning, documenting, and implementing small to medium sized projects with multiple dependencies Ability to work as part of team during planning, coordinating and installation of services Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a complex environment with the desire and ability to grow professionally Impeccable integrity Experience video editing with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, preferred, but not required. Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms a plus Experience with Cisco Audio/Visual environments a plus Experience with Poly video conferencing environment a plus.
