THE ROLE Farfetch Media Solutions operates at the intersection of luxury e-commerce and advertising. As a Media Solutions Account Executive, you will support the Sales and Account Management teams from pre to post sale. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of advertising products, assisting in campaign planning, activation, optimisation and reporting, while contributing to the development of media plans and proposals that align with client objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Account Management and Operations, you will handle key delivery tasks and administrative duties to ensure the smooth execution of booked campaigns. This includes creating IOs, reserving inventory, briefing campaign deliverables and coordinating with internal publishing teams to ensure that all booked campaign elements are delivered seamlessly. WHAT YOU'LL DOInput bookings and reserve inventory in Salesforce aligned with media plans and IOs, while coordinating with publishing teams to confirm inventory availability, ensuring optimal campaign deliveryCreate and share detailed campaign briefing forms, clearly communicating key campaign information to publishing teams ensuring a smooth and timely campaign launchCollaborate with internal teams such as Media Operations, Online Merchandising, CRM, Editorial, Art and Design to ensure all campaign deliverables are executed seamlessly Produce and distribute key client-facing materials such as case studies, screengrabs and campaign layouts.
