Job Overview Media Data and Strategy Analyst is a new role designed to enhance Pepsico’s media intelligence and allow better and faster strategic decisions. The role involves working with large amounts of media data, both internal and competitive, structuring and cleaning the data as well as identifying trends and insights and putting together reports. This workstream will be key for making decisions on where and how Pepsico should invest into media. Responsibilities Working on PepsiCo models and tools Identifying key trends and insights in how PepsiCo brands are spending their money Reviewing competitor activities and identify key trends Converting findings and insights into visual reports and actionable recommendations Identifying better ways to track internal and competitive data Influencing senior stakeholders and facilitate implementation of the media insights and recommendations partnering with Insights, Marketing, Media operations and Digital teams Supporting senior stakeholders with presentations and communications Qualifications • +5 years of experience in the agency/client side • Strong analytical acumen and quantitative skills • Strong Excel and PPT skills • Good communication skills and proficiency in English language • Attention to detail • Strong project management skills across multiple projects • Proactivity is a must – always thinking 2 steps ahead, how we can enhance our outputs and capabilities • Being able to address challenges faced with solutions – don’t just come with the problem • Strong presentation and communication skills • Operation with discipline • Business communication and stakeholder management • Comfortable with complex data sets and data analytics • Previous use of Tableau, Power BI or other visualization tools
