\nWe are seeking a Medicaid Management Systems Implementation Leader to spearhead projects that involve the successful implementation of Medicaid Management Systems. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive project management experience, and a proven track record of delivering value while driving efficiency and operational excellence. You will serve as the escalation point for issues and risks, ensuring project success from start to finish.
\nResponsibilities
\n\n Leading large Medicaid Management Systems implementation projects, ensuring success throughout the entire lifecycle.\n Acting as an escalation point for all project-related issues and risks while managing financial aspects during the implementation period.\n Managing and overseeing a team of Project Managers, ensuring contract implementation is completed efficiently and in compliance with obligations.\n Driving project planning, day-to-day execution, management, implementation readiness, and reporting.\n Championing opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.\n Holding self and the project team accountable for achieving valued business outcomes.\n Overseeing execution and value delivery through highly matrixed teams.\n\nRequirements
\n\n Demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in an account management or client representative role.\n Show recent experience working on a Medicaid Management Systems DDI project (or MMIS implementations in the Claims domain) with Fee for Services (FFS) providers. \n Ability to highlight an effort that consisted of extensive application development, complex integrations, product development and product implementations.\n Exhibit at least seven (7) years of experience leading and successfully completing large implementations, including:\n \n Developing project schedules.\n Managing team resources.\n Creating work breakdown structures.\n Estimating project size and effort.\n \n Demonstrate proficiency in program management software and productivity tools, including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.\n Have a bachelor’s degree.\n Possess a PMP or equivalent certification.\n\nFlexible Working

\nPay Transparency Laws in some jurisdictions require the disclosure of compensation and benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $165-206k.
\nHiring for this position is contingent upon Conduent securing a government agency contract.
