**Medicaid Product Management Director for Vision** **Location:**  Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations. The **Medicaid Product Management Director for Vision** responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of a product strategy for Medicaid routine vision and medical & surgical eye. **How you will make an impact:** + Identifies product needs to support short- and long-term product strategy. + Supports the development of short- and long-term strategic product plans in support of market, sales and profitability objectives. + Acts as vision consultant for Medicaid medical teams and makes recommendations for growth and cost savings initiatives. + Works and builds relationships with vendors and internal medical Medicaid teams. + Develops, implements and maintains competitive Medicaid product program. + Partners with product managers and project team to achieve superior execution of product strategy in the marketplace. + Tracks individual product performance by benefit design, market segment and geography. + May lead effort or manage project teams in the implementation of regional and companywide initiatives including legislative changes, network and/or provider changes, medical management program and policy initiatives, etc. **Minimum Requirements:** Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Medicaid experience required. **Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:** + MBA preferred. + Experience with Medicaid Ancillary Benefits is preferred. + Extensive experience in the Medicaid regulatory environment is highly preferred. + Experience in Utilization Management administration is preferred. + Demonstrates leadership qualities to foster a collaborative team culture preferred. For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $104,800 to $188,640. Locations: Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Illinois; Maryland; Minnesota; Nevada; New York.
