SSO is committed to a diverse workforce, which is a reflection of our clients and the people they serve. **Medicaid Program Advisor - Albany, NY** **OLATC - 1141** **Summary:** Will assist senior management and staff in the Alzheimer’s Disease Program in a broad range of activities, including policy and annual Executive Budget development and other budgetary requests. **Basic Responsibilities:** + Oversees the fiscal management for the Alzheimer’s Disease Program funded contracts including budget reviews, budget modifications review, vouchers reviews and approvals, and payment requests. + Liaison between program, OALTC Contracts unit, and BBM. + Assist in preparing a wide range of documents, including presentations, budgets, summary reports and briefing materials. + Responds to spending forecasting requests, budget savings exercises and ad hoc budget assignments/requests from leadership and/or the Fiscal Management Group. Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree + 8 years experience _*Employees must follow established work schedules. The usual work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Normal work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless otherwise specified by the supervisor, this includes a half hour unpaid lunch break.
