Job Description:

Medicaid Territory Marketing Manager

Office Location: 1831 Chestnut St., St. Louis, MO 63103

Office Requirement: This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid workforce strategy which includes virtual work and 1-2 days physically in office per week.

The Medicaid Territory Marketing Manager is responsible For developing and executing community outreach engagements, partnerships, and marketing strategies to help drive health and wellness initiatives.  Provides leadership and direction to field-based community relationship representatives in Missouri.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Provides leadership and direction to field-based Community Relationship Representatives (CRR).Trains and develops CRRs for state regulatory requirements/deliverables.Initiates and leads projects in response to organizational needs.Develops presentations and outreach.Develops and executes on marketing and community relations strategy to achieve Medicaid goals.Assists in the development of reports providing productivity tracking, and progress summaries of community relations and faith-based initiatives.Work cross functionally within the Health Plan to develop marketing campaigns/strategy.Researches and evaluates competitive activity.Supports and ensures strategy execution.Leads and manages strategies within a specific territory or business initiative.Oversees member-facing collateral and value-added benefits program.Acts as liaison with community advocacy groups that impacts target population.Identifies, develops and builds relationships with community organizations, provider offices, and faith-based organizations; performs activities to enhance presence in the community.Assists members and potential members with benefit and/or enrollments inquiries.Identifies cultural issues regarding current and potential members and communicate issues to management.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences: Experience with community-based organizations, government agencies, and/or managed healthcare is preferred.  Strategic, data-driven marketer with community engagement experience (work or volunteer) and a passion for helping those at-risk in the St Louis region and throughout Missouri is desired.
