Summary
Position Summary:Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of
the patients, medical office staff, and physicians. Tasks: Schedules patient appointments, may post surgeries, etc. Performs pre-registration or registration by interviewing patient and obtaining relevant information
e.g., personal demographics and health insurance information. Obtains necessary authorizations. May assist patients in examination room when needed
Requirements:
Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills. Degree or HS Diploma not
required.
Experience: 3-5 years
